Though to the reason that I just found a 40/2 Rokkor for a good price while my newly aquires Summaron was still in the mail I have to get rid of it (since I already have a bunch of other lenses).

It is a Summaron f=3.5cm 1:3.5 Nr. 1360040 (in Leica thread mount). The lens operates smoothly, both aperture and distance ring. The lens on the barrel look fine, but the filter ring is dented quite a bit so that no filters fit anymore. Nonetheless the appropriate 12585 hood fits perfectly.

There is the usual fogging inside the lens, but I have not seen any cleaning marks. I shot a comparison between the 3,5/35, my 2,8/35 and the 2/40 and no big difference to see on the slides under the loupe.
