Special Need Standard Needs a Home

Loving home needed.....We have rescued a cream male Standard, 2 1/2 years old now. Teddy was supposed to be trained as a service dog, but the volunteer trainer became ill. Her husband put him in a pen in the back yard and left him with just his older brother for company. We rescued them both in January 2001 with frostbite. Teddy is a sweetheart, and has come a long way in recouperation. He has trouble gaining and keeping weight, as well as having a minor seizure disorder. He does not need to be medicated for this but does need constant access to food, since it seems to be triggered by hunger. He is short coupled and sometimes urinates on his feet. Teddy is a very loving dog, but I have too many and am ill. I am going for surgery sometime soon and need him in loving arms. Whoever adopts him will have to pay for neutering, as well as come to get him. We will not ship him. He is in Spencer, West Virginia, which is halfway between Charleston and Parkersburg. We are approximately 4 hours from either Pittsburg or Columbus. Contact me at Jadelady@usa.com Thanks....
