Position Summary:

Handango is looking for a stellar candidate to join our accounting team. This person will report directly to the Manager of Accounting and will perform various general ledger accounting functions. Ideal candidates will have either recent degree or 1-2 years progressive experience in field. Functions will include general ledger account reconciliation's, journal entries, accounts payable. Ideally this individual would have some accounting system experience preferable Great Plains, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- General ledger account reconciliation's including; - cash reconciliation - inventory - Record prepaids - Assist in timely and accurate close of month end - Depreciation and upkeep of fixed assets - Amortization schedules - Accounts payable entry and research - Assists in preparation of interim and year-end audits - Various ad hoc projects

Minimum Job Qualifications:

- Recent accounting graduate preferred, or 2+ years college with 15+ hours in accounting, or working toward degree. - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications. - 1-2 years general accounting experience.
