When you say "like new," does this copy still have the pack of collector's cards (Oskar Barnack, Ernst Leitz II, the double-stroke M3, the holographic M6TTL, etc.)? I might be interested if it's complete. I really just want the cards, but most sellers won't separate the cards from the book, which makes sense to me -- diminishes the collectibility of the book.
