How long after a doe kindles can she be bred back(without torturing her)? How about after a still born litter?

Any doe that loses a litter is bred back the following day. If they have a litter they are bred back 14 days after kindling. The kits are weaned at 4 weeks, this gives the doe a 2 week rest before her next litter.

I used to wait 6 weeks after kindling to rebreed, but after everything I've read, I've started doing it Tracy's way. I breed them back 2 weeks after kindling. I make sure to feed them 18% pellets, as well as good alfalfa/grass hay. I've been doing it for a few months now, and so far so good! Also, just as Tracy said, if a litter is lost, the doe is bred back the next day. I haven't had any actually lose a litter - but I've sold a few litters to snakefeeders, and rebred the doe right away. Again - no problems.
