I was part of the CCC in the 1993 "Backcountry" program. One of our sites that we worked at was Pinecrest lake. Our job was to repair/build trail, water-breaks, "rip-rap", etc... around the lake. It is a beutiful area.I just wish that I would have been smart enough to take pictures. I don't believe that I'll be going there anytime soon. Right now I'm stsioned in Washington state, Ft Lewis. Well I hope this helped you Brandi.
