can anyone give film speeds for black and white films developed in ilford ilfotec dd

I'm not familiar with this particular developer, but a reasonably exhaustive info sheet for it can be found at the Ilford UK website:

Note that there is Ilfotec DD and Ilfotech DD-X. I had a quick look at the former, and it does have a page in the PDF about processsing specific films at stated Exposure Indices. It was a couple of pages in.

ILFOTEC DD will give pretty much normal film speeds. It is an all purpose developer for use in dip & dunk machines.

ILFOTEC DD-X is a similar developer, but because it is for one-shot use, it is a little more active. It will tend to give a slight increase in film speed, usually about 1/3 stop.
