Does anyone know how to extract a track from an existing VCD for use in a new VCD? I am using Toast Titanium on a Mac.

copy the file musicave.dat to your harddrive. Rename the ext file type to .mpg

Toast Titanium (Mac) wouldn't accept the renamed file. Any other way?
