Including made for T.V. movies, how many times has the "Fall of the House of Usher," been made into a movie, worldwide, in all languages?

Find an article on Edgar Allen Poe's Cast Days, that envolved voting fraud?

I can only think of two non-carton films, one a Corman or Corman-like feature from the Hammer film fifties that totally mangled the sotry, a short tv version more modern that was somewhat faithful. Poe's LAST Days can be found briefly discussed at www.eapoe.org or a good biography. The "cooping" voter fraud you refer to was a process of shanghaiing indigents, getting them drunk and changing clothes and dientities as they brought them to several polling places for duplicate voting. A wasteful, exuberant practice that would not be tolerated even in Florida- although I could be wrong. Poe was found alone, delirious, with strange clothes on and died without telling what had happened to him- if he could even remember.
