since I cant get into CF forum, to answer ANYTHING, and as I stated before, whats is done in one forum, should stay there, if not, then why was there a split in the first place, into different forums?

Stan some of us travel to all the forums and don't spend exclusive time on any one. Therefore, the actions taken have effected many people not just the people you may have intended it to effect. Like Joel, I do not chose to obtain the CF code, it was not offered to me even though I an a fairly regular poster on the forum. I don't take it personally either. I think you are wrong to say what is done on one forum has nothing to do with another. Obviously it does! I know I am not the only one who visits all the other forums. People are just trying to find a way to reach you, reach out to you. I think you owe it to the people who have been effected by you actions, the ones who may or may not be innocent "victims". We deserve better than this Stan. I think a forum/public explaination here where you can speak your mind would be a really nice thing for all of us. Thanks Stan, I hope your trying because I don't like to see you like this. It is embarassing for those of us who like you as a person to see you do this to yourself and others.

did you know that all of mr. stans helpfull posts are gone from countryside forum recent threads?

i thought our forum was about shareing knowledge of homesteading.

if one persons' information is erased because they are are sometimes an insensitive jerk and childish does that not make us childish insensitive jerks as well?

The question is, what's the beef. I've been following the CS Forum since almost the beginning. I don't know when it started but we went on line in Feb. 1998 and I began following the Forum as soon as I found it. Thus I've seen a lot of turmoil and bickering since then and rather enjoyed some of it or dismissed it as if there were a lot of children just acting up. Then there was a lot of jabbing and poking mostly from people using phony addresses. Hit and run. Do the nasty stuff and when you turn around to retaliate, or even find out who did the jabbing, nobody is there. The one who receives the jabs is mad for awhile and then just when things calm down, there is another jab. Lately, there would be something in one of the forums in the morning and then vanished by evening. And many of those posts were nothing more than to keep the pot boiling. Many of those not seeing the posts then wonder what happened and what the fuss is about and then rely on hearsay to try to sort it out. And those who did see the posts vanish also wonder what is going on. From where I sit now, there are few of us who will defend Stan perhaps out of fear of retaliation by others who again are going by hearsay or too narrowminded to think that there can be two sides to every accusation. I will not defend Stan nor will I condemn him as I have not followed all of the related forums until now and do not know what went on other than on the CS Forum. But what I did see over the years is that I also would have my hackles up and keeping a sharp sword handy to handle the hecklers if I had to endure some of the crap that Stan did. Some people have a thicker skin than others but all a breaking point. b.j.pepper has it right about glass houses and first stones and so on. As an added comment, I did send a message to Melissa asking for the password but my message may have been taken as defending Stan in a way. The message never made it to the forum somehow. It does not matter. I've lived 64 years without it and no doubt will go on living either way.

I dont send anybody anything in their email,, doing so knowingly, would be illegal. I regularly run an updated virus scan. You do realize that spam is most often a result from posting your addy in a public/open forum dont you?
