what video kbits/sec should a vcd have? and also what does duration mean? and what does it do to the vidoe?

1.115 Mbps constant bit rate for video, 224 constant bit rate for audio. Duration means length of the video. www.vcdelp.com has some more info on VCD specs if you're interested.
