Hello all...

This is not a question but just a bit of info because someone in the past asked a question about vibration with enlarger equipped with a fan. Last weekend I took that cold light head out for cleaning and light bulb change (it's a Beseler 45 Universal). I discovered that the fan was mounted on a special rubberized frame and also equipped with 2 pieces of metal vibration dampeners attached to it (easy to take it out but very tricky to put it back). So if someone has an enlarger with a fan and have suspicion about vibration I suggest to check it out because either the rubberized frame was broken or the vibration dampeners was missing....
