We're fine, thanks for asking. The twisters went through about 30 miles from us. Gave us lots of needed rain, though, for which we are thankful.

Not to be complaining, but you eastern folks are having all the tornadoes. It's usually starts tornado season here for a few weeks before anybody else starts having any.

I was shocked to see that it was an F5 tornado. I used to work in waldorf, MD and we lived over the border in VA. i passed that intersection every day. We ahve bad storms predicted here for tonight. I'd rather endure an hurricane.

I lived in Laplata for over 20 years. I have a sister that still lives there and family in St. Marys Co. I went to see her yesterday and I couldn't believe the destruction. It sad to see a town wiped out like that. I'm just thankful that the only damage my sister had was to her car.Rita
