Safflower Herb/heel spur

What can you tell me about safflower herb( recommended by someone who had success). I'm taking it for a heel spur. It doesn't seem to be doing much, although I muscle test for needing it. I'm also taking calcium, but I cannot take magnesium. I'm not doing citrus(Balch book says no). Thanks

Cindy, In the book "The Cure for all Diseases" by Hulda Clark,Phd,ND, she states that heel spurs are due to deposits and the deposits are uric acid and various phosphates. The phosphates give the deposits a rigid structure that is hard to dissolve. She suggests avoiding tea, cocoa, coffee, soda pop, decaf and fruit juice. Also watching your Ph very closely and doing a kidney cleanse. She has 8 pages devoted to heel spurs/heel pain. Maybe you could muscle test for all these foods. This is an amazing book, I've referred to it many times. Hope this helps and God Bless. We muscle test alot in our family.

I guess I'm not familiar with the method you are using. Can someone give me the details of "muscle testing"?

My health food store owner/friend said to take Apple Cider vinegar. and you know it is some better since I started taking it. She gave me some apple cider pills, hope they work as well.
