Tio Mila leg 6

greenspun.com : LUSENET : orienteer kansas : One Thread

9 legs have gone through Lillis' control and the last team was Jarfalla, in the form Mikael Palmqvist, Sodertalje was 8th, I think BSK was after, and Sundsvall has gone through also. Now Hedemora, 9:30 after. 21:07 And they're going to leave Lillis now to move on.

Leksand has punched, their runner--Gregor Tysk--was doing well and running with good speed, and now they're waiting for the 2nd team to come through 12:18 LT...

21:20 LT....and another runner is in sight, it should be the Finnish team, 2:45 has gone by since Leksand punched at the control in a tiny reentrant, there---it's Malung punching 3:30 after, now TuMe is punching and Halden is punching also as is Denseln 3:45 after

21:22 LT....perhaps time to cook some 10-Mila pizza in Laramie! 21:23...I wonder how IKHP is doing; warning for the changeover of the lead should happen in about 3 minutes.

Leg 7 will be 9.1 kms long, and I'm wondering if it isn't about time for the runners to put away their head lamps.

21:26 and it sounds like Wehlin (Sodertalja) and Ivarsson (BSK) were together and about 8:30 after, and 1 minute after them was Lars Palmqvist (I wrote Mikael by mistake earlier)for Jarfalla...no sign of Leksand at the warning control yet...21:28 LT...and time is rolling by for Leksand but nothing yet....it's been 11 minutes since Leksand went throught radio...

21:30 LT and Leksand is warned! Gregor Tysk will change over to Sven Olsson and it will be Leksand in the lead for the first time.
