The Domestic Violence Center of Chester County is proposing to build a 1.8 million dollar project. They are asking to build a "Women's Temporary Residential Care Facility with Day Care." Since this is a not-for-profit organization I do not know how they get away with that. All the housing they provide in their shelters is for women only. That will be the case for this project also. They are supported by federal, state & local monies. Therefore, I believe they should be gender neutral. Gudrun Smith
