When I play back my vcd on my player I see these lines going across the objects on screen. I encoded it with tmpgenc. Before I encoded it I did not notice these lines. Can anyone tell me how to fix this.

If your video is an AVI try using AVI2VCD. It's a very simple program that encodes your AVI into MPG's. That's all it does. get it at http://www.mnsi.net/~jschlic1/ good luck
