Here is another favorite, easy recipe that doesn't cost a fortune to make! Pasta Carbonara

1/4 lb. bacon-diced

1 stick butter

1 C. milk

2 TBS. white wine vinegar

1 lb. uncooked spaghetti

2 eggs, beaten

1/3 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Cook the bacon in the butter til clear. In a sauce pan, heat milk, add the bacon and butter and the vinegar. Simmer for about 15 minutes, til the sauce looks smooth. Cook your spaghetti as usual, drain and return to the pot, add the eggs to the hot spaghetti and toss. (The hot spaghetti cooks the eggs). Throw in the sauce and the cheese. Mix well and salt and pepper to taste. This goes well with a tossed salad and garlic bread. Happy cooking!
