Hard to say - but I can tell you the game. Villa at home. As well as Shearer's superb volley past Rudolph, there was also Bellers' vollwy at the other end.

For sheer celebration, "Shearer"'s goal against Man U at SJP

Best free kick - tough one, but again that Man U game had a pretty special free kick, not just smacked and curled, real accuracy and power.

Best goal in open play - Shearer against Villa at home, a fantastic finish.

Also worth a mention, Quinn's against Lokeren that started the ball rolling for 100 goals this season, Bellamy's against the Mackems which set his season off on the right foot and who can forget a certain headed goal by a Greek defender?

Now that I've finally gotten to see our highlights from the Charlton match....I still ahve to say Shearer's goal against Villa. Though a few of Robert's free kicks are a very close second.

Best goal celebrations: Lx3
Special mention: Shearer's 200th, just because of the occasion. There was no hiding his joy at reaching that milestone, and short though the clips were, seeing the players and crowd reaction to him brought tears to my eyes. :-)

Solano's first or second against Everton. Great running and passing from both Dyer and Jenas and good finishing from Solano. Jenas combination possibly shades it. Other good contenders are:

Lua storming in and pulling it back for Bernard. Found it too easy to get past Steve Watson.

Robert drifting past two Everton players on the left wing before crossing in for Cort to instinctively (luckily?) touch the ball into the back of the net. Robert's run made this one with strength, determination, speed and skill ending in a terrific cross. Definitely Robert's best run of the season.

Roberts right footed strike against Arsenal in the cup. Nuff said

Dabizas goal against the Makems. Not a classic but who cares.

Robert Lee's thunderbolt against Man Utd.

Too much choice.
