gardener's choice

Well, I guess I got ripped off. I sent for the Evergreen Wind Break and the Royal Paulownia and they came and they died. What should I do??? I am p-ed off, my huband is in told yah so mode.

Where did you get them and how long have you had them? You should contact the company and see if they will send replacements. Good luck.

That's typical of Gardener's Choice. There was much discussion some time ago on this forum over what this company does to people. I too got ripped by them, but only once. Would dearly like to see them go belly up. Doubt if you'll get any satisfaction from them, but you can always try.

Go to the site called Dave's Garden and check up on the company you wish to order from before actually doing so. Saves a lot of hassle:-)

I too fell for this and got ripped off,I sent my plants back they went to a drop off point.NO business there.I never got any thing back ,no money was returned.Live and Learn.Pam

Check out all the complaints on the Plants by Mail website. They have complaints back to 1999. It's amazing that this company can continue to operate!

this company , "gardners Choice, runs several "sub companies, if you get on thier mailing list, you can figure it out, the flyers are all the same pictures, seldom mention zone, or anything, but they all do say they guarentee their plants, write the company , and see if you can get the problem resolved, Gurney used to have the same problem , i hear they have cleaned up thier act a bit now though....
