Tonite while visiting with my parents, I noticed that the "Hands on History" series on the History Channel, while showing the historical and modern day versions of the various businesses also shows current "small scale" artisans and producers of the products featured. Use of this entertainment media coupled with a little outside the box perspective could be the basis of a successful home based operation with a bit of research.
