I found this great site and it has helped me immensely.My main problem in my house was clutter,and dreading spring cleaning which takes days and days.But,this site focuses on cleaning 15 minutes at a time.Also,clearing out hot spots,which are areas of your house that tend to be a 'catch-all'....I have quite a few of those.

The site is FlyLady.net If you sign up,which is free,you get an e-mail digest daily of areas to focus on.It has really made a difference in my house,and I seem to have more free time.My husband even commented that my house has never STAYED clean for this long at one time.(Who knew he even noticed??!!)

Johna, I get those e-mails too - I think a few of us do. Clutter wasn't so much my problem as the same-ol same-ol syndrome. You know, I just DID the dishes, why are they all dirty again; I just VACUUMED the floor, why are you tracking on it?, etc.

At least with Flylady, I don't get quite so upset - I just go and do a little and figure it's more than all the men I live with are doing!! As to free time, all mine is spent running errands or in the garden, so I still don't have any (haha!)

I'm a FlyLady drop-out. I hate wearing shoes inside the house, and it was all downhill from there. :-)

I do still try to at least keep my sink clean every day.

I don't get the e-mails, but I can see where it would be helpful. Overall I really liked her site and tips. Most of it I already do anyways, as organization is not much of a problem for me. I do wear shoes and get fully dressed first thing in the morning. Makes me feel ready for anything!!!
