.com have a photo of the new away shirt up. Not a bad looking shirt, but isn't it still too close to the kit of the teams against whom we usually have to wear it? If refs have a problem with our black and white stripes, how is white sides with dark blue middle going to be that much different? I would think the stripes would stand out more when players are turned sideways.

I thought there had been some announcement that the one on .com was close but not actually close enough to what the actual strip is. Apparently the players don't even know what it looks like. Sure I saw something on here about it.

It'll probably end up being a 1 game wonder shirt like so many other away tops. As opposed to this year's fab one. Darker / lighter coloured shorts seem to also be used to distinguish teams.

Just as long as they make the club crest a bit bigger this time...
