I would be really surprised if there are any in Vietnam or Cambodia. You might be able to pick up some Russian copies in Vietnam though.

I second Camera and Collection in Thaniya Plaza, Silom, Bangkok enthusiastically. Check out the small pro film shop down the hall too- lowest prices on the planet for fresh pro slide film.

A few years back I was in Hanoi, Vietnam - about 1996. In the center of the town near the lake (sorry, I don't remember the names or have access to my travel materials) there was a camera store full of serious men engaged in debate about gear. The store had a black Leicaflex in pristine condition with a few similarly pristine older R lenses. When I walked in with my R6, M6 and bag full of (then) up to date R and M lenses, all conversation stopped and all faces showed absolute amazement in instant recognition of Leicas on the hoof - Leica Day had arrived. (As has been said, less than .00001% of humans recognize or care about Leicas - but the men in the store knew.) Speaking no Vietnamese, and nobody else apparently speaking English, I quickly made friends by passing my suff around the store for the gear hounds to handle (yes I have insurance and it all came back). The men expressed obvious appreciation of having the opportunity to examine some pretty up to date - and to them rare - gear. I wish that I had taken a photo to commemorate the event. If you find the store, please say hello to my friends and take a photo. Be careful though, I was followed by some unsavory fellows (none of my new gear hound friends from the store) for a while after I left the store.
