Any larger speciallist photo shop will have 120 film in smaller or larger quantities. Europe is quite civilized :-). At least in Brussels and Napels, Malta might be a bit more of a problem. Also they provide the option to send film to a pro-lab. Just ask for it specifically or it will be send to a consumer lab. Can take a few days though before you have it back. Dont't wast time in the widely availble 1hr shops. If you ask for 120 film there they will give you 120 roles of their own brand 35mm (:-))

In the tourist area's be carefull with you equipment, certainly in Brussels.
