I just went to something similar here in my neck of the woods. It was called the Cherokee Youth/Elderly Camp. It is all about the elderlies teaching the youths how things were done in the old days. Primitive bow making, flint knapping, basket weaving, playing stick ball, etc.

Also had food. Buffalo chili, hog fry, wild onions, sassafras tea, squaw bread. Making myself hungry again!
