Short Story called Exit

I am trying to find a copy of a short story that I believe was written by Edgar Allen Poe. It is called Exit. Can You Help?

Are you sure that "Exit" is by Edgar Allen Poe ? I know of one version of "Exit" written by Harry Farjeon, in which a character is 'decreated'. I don't know of any such story by Poe. Good luck.
