If you have a memory stick reader, probably running by USB (or PCMCIA card), you can use tools such Norton Unerase to attempt to recover the data.

Hi

Did you have any success? I'm in a similar situation but have not yet managed to recover from format. (undelete was ok)

I have so far used a floppy disk adapter but will try PCMCIA soon...
