I make my VCD's with TMPGEnc, with the VirtualDub i'm adding the subtitles.My problem is how to fix the subtitles with the frames,so that they won't come faster(2-4 sec.).

I had a similar problem with TMPGec when converting avi to vcd mpeg. this might be related.

the audio did not match the video, it was a few seconds off. I dont know if it's related but just letting you know. and i couln't fix it.
