more wholesale feed questions

Patty got me thinking. How do I go about finding a wholesale distributor for purchasing my rabbit pellets. I am sick of searching the internet. There has got to be a less expensive way then purchasing from my local feed mill. I am located in PA.

Tacy I went right to the manufactor. Many local stoes will give you a bulk rate .That was not good enough for me {i'm cheap}Look for free chest freezers for storage or you can build a room .I am tying to find out how to get feed to you .I have a 1/2 ton pickup and no trailer yet . I think they go as far down as Syracuse {shur-gain}If that would help.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something, here, but... a wholesale distributor is a "middle man" who gets his products directly from the source. In this case, that "source" would be the mill, itself. If you're already dealing with the mill, you need to inquire about wholesale prices and back it up with an UBI number enabling you to purchase at wholesale.

soybean meal, canola meal, alfalfa, oats, wheat, wheat shorts, minerals, vitamins.

That is the basic ingredients I am waiting fo the exact percentages.

What is a UBI number? Here in Florida I need a sales tax number to purchase at wholesale. Is a UBI number the same thing?

UBI = Unified Business Identification. It is a business license, sales tax license, etc., all rolled into one.
