Namaskara, Here is a hopeless enquiry for anyone who knows carnatic music, from a complete "greenhorn" in this matter. On Friday, March 29, 2002, I attended a concert in Kerala Kathakali Centre in Fort Cochin, Kerala; playing (electric) veena was a marvelous blind young woman accompanied by an equally fantastic group. To my greatest shame I must confess I never got this artist's name, but I was totally enchanted by the performance. So if anyone knows who I'm talking about, I would be very grateful to them for giving me the name and any references available on this lovely artist. Thank you all in advance.
