Does anybody know if i am missing something. My creative cd-rw drive was bought jan of last year. Should it not support Disc at once. Does creative have a help line.

It really should support Disc at Once (many burning procedures require that you burn in Disc at Once mode). I'd consider taking it back to where you bought it, and explain that the feature isn't on there, when it should be. What speed is the CD-RW drive?
