It's the Spurs announcer. He doesnt' quite have the overall annoyance factor of the Metro idiot, but is every bit as bad when it comes to describing the action. 2 penalties in the last few minutes, and this idiot doesn't say who it's against until whoever takes the kick steps up. When Arsenal scored, he said nothing after noting Dean Richards going off the pitch for treatment. So it was silence, then a burst of applause and no way of knowing what just happened. Good lord!
