hello normally movie is censoure(spell wrong) when there is nude picture so does anyone here can provide me the answer to my question of how to remove the blocks of pixels

You go back in time to the time and place that the movie was encoded and ask the person doing the encoding not to censure it. Otherwise, there is no way to remove the blocks.
