My husband had a property repo'd but now they are chasing for the shortfall, we have found it took them over 3 years to sell. He is convinced someone was living there during those 3 years. We have had a credit file from Experian but the next person listed after him was 4 years later. Is there anywhere else we can go to find evidence?
