Nick - I've tried most bbs's, including a concerted recent attempt to 'get into' the Talk of the Tyne board, but they are all dire. TOTT is probably the 'best of the rest', and has direct links to the rivals.net network of boards for all other PL Clubs. However, this is a double-edged sword as you usually get flooded by "fans" of the next team you happen to be playing, 90% of which is mindless bile. I have given it up as a bad job.

It is for this reason I am so desperate for us to maintain standards on this board, something that unfortunately seems to get interpreted as latent censorship or fuddy- duddyism.
