Excellent dealer experience!

Would like to mention Nigel Skeet: beverlyhillscamera@earthlink.net on the forum. He is very courteous and professional. He gave me great deal on an M7. He also took the time to check it out for me. Excellent service, I highly recommend him to all Leicaphiles.

Though I have only dealt with Nigel through mail/phone, I definitelly agree. I bought from him Demo 50 cron and 135 apo, I received both in real new condition, which was slightly better than he described it. He was pleasent to deal with, full of sense of humour, (and enabled me to "close the deal" early enough in the evening so I would have time to make a nice meal to my wife before she comes back from school and hears the L-news.) He will be the first place I will look for Leica stuff in the future. New/Demo/Used. btw, No, I don't know him independently of that experience. I have never been in the west cost in my life...

John, would you mind telling us the "great deal" Nigel gave you on an M7? Everyone seems to be selling it for around US$2350 and Leica isn't discounting it for Leica Days.

Agree with your comments on Nigel. Its been a delight working with him. He's knowledgeable and above all an enthusiast. I found his prices to be very competitive and his customer service excellent.

Nigel made my life happier, too: shipped the day I ordered, called me (cross country, on his dime) to give me the tracking number, and was just plain pleasant to deal with. I'll do business with him again.

Too bad the jerks at Samy's forced him to close his doors last week!
