Gasoline at $2 to $3 a gallon!

Get ready. The Arab League has threatened to start using oil as a weapon. If they cut our supply then an army of soccer moms in SUV's could deplete existing supplies within 6 months to a year. We have been spoiled for years with low prices, but Europe has put up with high prices for years.

Don't blame Ariel Sharon for the present problem. What he is doing comes right out of the White House. You can not foster peace from the barrel of a gun. Frightened countries like frightened people hit first then talk about it later.

Now this administration starts talking about fuel conservation like they invented the idea. Mr. Gore brought this up years ago, but when HE started the discussion about it, he was some environmental nut. Now that it is Mr. Bush's idea, it is the greatest thing since sliced white bread.

This administration is trying to force a peace settlement, so they can start a major campaign against Iraq & Iran, but it is not going to work. The Arab League already said an attack against one is an attack against all. The Palestinians are bombing & resisting to stand out like a sore thumb on purpose.

I hope this nation is ready to take on 1.5 billion people, and pay high prices just to move so we can take Saddam Hussein out of power because that is what is going to happen. We number in total about 300 million, so we are outnumbered as it goes now.

Anyone silly enough to even suggest using any kind of nuclear weapons better be ready to hide in a bunker, and live through a nuclear winter after the fall out stops that is. We forgot about Hiroshima, and Nagasaki, and do we really think other countries like China or Russia will actually even let us explode another bomb on this planet?

We saw what happened as a result of Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Pinatubo, and Hurricane Andrew. If we think nuclear bombs will do less damage to this world then we truly delude ourselves. Oceans won't protect us from the results. It is time to tell this administration that we live on this earth too, and we won't let them reduce it to a cinder.
