Hi, We just purchased a mini. black male from a breeder in New Jersey. I had heard good things about this breeder, but I have to say that I had some doubts because there were 18 dogs in this household and only 1 person. The dog's sire is Sweethearts Bogart and the dam is Elite Wile Wittney. We have never owned a dog before but did alot of research before we decided on a mini poodle. Could anyone tell me if they know anything about these lines? He seems pretty good so far, but extremely willful and somewhat fearful. We are trying very hard to socialize him well. Ironically, he seems less fearful of people than of other dogs. He just doesn't seem as carefree and playful as other puppies we see at PETCO for example. The other puppies will want to play right away and he seems hesitant at first. Thanks--sorry this is long! - Grace Thomas
