Date Error Question

I received this e-mail the other day and found the 'submission date' particularily interesting. I have deleted the names to protect the innocent:

Apparently, these guys are not the only ones who continue to have date errors as found in this 'blast from the past' article:

A google search of 19102, 19101, etc. turned up thousands of similar problems which seem to be mostly in Guestbooks. Below are a couple of sites which are currently displaying this date system, or is it my MSIE?:

Answers

The 1000.com is a Y2K Java Script error. It seems
that some sites have not been checked for problems
for a couple of years.
