WI: Mandated Vaccinations Bill Passes House By Pat Owens Published 03. 4. 2002 at 18:14 PST

This Emergency Health Bill - Mandated Vaccination and other demands, is in every state, but under different names. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson said that all Americans should know that they "have their name on a vaccine shot in our inventory." Hope you can stop this in your state-- we couldn't.

Sponsored by Rep. Greg Underheim and Rep. Frank Urban-Wisconsin

The Assembly Bill # 849, 850 without a name or titled, (Mandated Vaccinations/Emergency Health Powers Act ) was passed under Rep. Greg Underheims directions. Underheim deserves all the credit for the passage hence we should call it the "Underheim Black Helicopter Bill." It his words, "We don't care what you think, the bill will be attached to the budget bill.

For those in states, in which this bill has not been passed, this is how they did it in Wisconsin. Underheim sent out a fax approximately 3 weeks ago, calling it then the Bio-Terrorism Bill relating to the Emergency Health Bill. However, the bill did not come out of the Legislative Bureau until Monday night, 2/25. It was posted on the Internet on Tuesday, 2/26. On Wednesday morning 2/27 it passed.

The hearing started Wednesday morning with Underheim waving people into two groups, one the professionals, made up of public health officials, funeral directors, and attorneys. With a sardonic, arrogant tone and temper by Underheim, the mood was set. "For those who believe in Black Helicopters sit over there." Underheim kept dashing in and out of the hearings, and at the end of the short hearing, again he cited, "It doesn't matter what you think, it's going to be attached to the budget bill." This is how the bill was passed in Wisconsin. No further hearings, it's cut and done, not any of the other elected representatives and Senators will vote on it.

One of the requirements of this bill is: "The Wisconsin Department of Health Services may order any vaccination series and may isolate anyone who does not take the vaccinations, or unwilling to take them. It calls for a $10,000 fine and/or nine months in prison for those who do not get vaccinations."

For those of us who wonder who some of these elected representatives are and what they represent, well they answered this question. Perhaps Rep. Underheim should appear on statewide television and tell the people that they will received vaccines or face mandatory prison and/or $10,000 fine if they refuse. But like pre-war Germany, there will be no announcements, only dictates. Underheim alluded to the fact that he was being called a Nazi. Well whoever called him, well they're close to that mark.

Being caught up in political correctness, one has to be attuned to the fact, that emergencies to one group may mean the complete loss of freedom to another. There are many questionable programs initiated by the Federal Government, and when our government uses terrorism to remove our Constitutional ways of life, and our legislators accede to their demands, well then the terrorist have won.

Sounds about right Little Bit. We have so many liberal do-gooders in this state that it is amazing you can wipe yourself without a permit, or at least some type of touchy feely training.. They all know what is best for everybody. Unfortunately they have little common sense or they would look further ahead than the end of their noses.

Vaccinations are a point of heated debate around here at this time. My youngest daughter has enlightened me on them. It is amazing that we will use aborted babies to make immunizations to protect ourselves. How much more selfish can you get than to kill someone so you can survive??? Where will it end????

To learn more about vaccinations and the trouble they cause, read Vaccinations, by Michael Dye. If you want to know how miserable you can feel because of side affects of vaccinations, talk to me. If you want to know how much worse it can be than my condition, there are websites that tell you all about the crippling side affects and even death.

I think vaccines have done a lot of good--and I also think that people have forgotten the devastation caused by polio, flu and other diseases when discussing the side effects of vaccines. Some vaccines are also safer than others, and people need to inform themselves of the risks and benefits of each vaccine, not lump all of them together as being bad.

However, it should be the person's or parent's choice whether to get them or not, not the government's. That said though, don't blame "the government" if someone you had the power of choice over dies from say, polio (remember, we have all sorts of people coming to this country where these diseases have not been wiped out), and you chose for them not to be vaccinated.

I disagree about vaccines andI deplore them. Devastation ? Forgotten the impact ? No, I remember !

Many experts have concluded that the monkey brain vaccine for polio is the cause of most cancer in the age group 40 to 70 presently living. Note--not smoking but a mandatory vaccine.

All a vaccine does is create a weaker gene pool. It used to be that only the strong survive and produced mostly strong offspring. Now, everyone survives with no thought as to the quality of life, the cost of supporting the feeble, or the ramifications of a depleted gene pool !

I am not cruel, but it is a small world with limited resources. We should allow God and the earth to reclaim the sick and diseased. It was meant to be !!

The full title of above mentioned book is "Vaccinaitons, Deception & Tragedy, The Truth About Vaccines and the Dangers They Pose" by Michael Dye. There are a couple other good books I've heard about, but they say basically the same thing. Also SIDS is a possible 'sideaffect' of vaccines.

-- Cindy (S.E.IN) (atilrthehony_1@yahoo.com), April 03, 2002.

I will try to find that book you recommended, Cindy. I have never heard of the SIDS connection at all, nor a supposed cancer connection. I have occasionally heard about a supposed autism connection, but have not seen any definitive studies proving that--it has all been anecdotal.

Joel, I think that God gave us brains so that we can continue to grow and learn, not still live in caves. You're not saying that we should do away with all medical care, are you?

I do think people should have a choice, not be ordered to do so. But I also think that there will be a lot of unhappy people when they lose a loved one to some preventable disease when they find out that the reason they passed away was because they got it from someone else who also thought vaccines were a bad idea.

The last bit should read "got it from someone else who also thought that all vaccines were a bad idea." Sorry for not being clearer.

I do think that there are some newer vaccines out that are not as well- researched as they ought to be, and I personally have no use for vaccines that will give you "a mild case" of say, the flu. Why bother getting that particular shot then, if it won't totally prevent the condition?

And, perhaps some of those connections are a combination of vaccine + other condition (like an unknown allergy) on the part of the vaccinated, not just the vaccine. We don't know, and many people will stop at just blaming the vaccine. I mean, you go to the doctor, and they always ask about allergies to this or that. Well, if you're healthy, how would you know? You've never taken any of they stuff they're asking about.

Yes GT, as long as medical care is for sale to the highest bidder than I cannot support that. As long as doctors play God than I cannot support that. As long as quanity is more important than quality than I cannot support that.

I have to sit and watch my friend kill his little girl with asthma treatments because some doctor is trying to get rich. The little girl can run and play all day with no symptoms but because this Quack says she has asthma she sits at night with hoses, masks and machines, filling her body with drugs that are killing her lungs. Steroids for Stupidity ! There is no cure for the ignorant !

You ask --should we still live in caves ? I would choose life in a cave over death in a doctors office.

-- Joel Rosen (JoelnBecky@webtv.net), April 04, 2002.

Why didn't the parent go to another doctor if they didn't agree with that one? Most intelligent people would do so.

-- GT (nospam@nospam.com), April 04, 2002.

Well GT, the parents are the problem. The mother is a federal nurse who believes all doctors are gods. My wife is a truama nurse who knows 90% of doctors couldn't find their a$% with both hands and a mirror. Basically the word Federal has come to mean --"too stupid to find a real job"

I have been repeatly told by the girl's mother to quit telling her little girl that she is not sick. We have kept the girl several days in a row and I won't "hook her up" and she shows no symptoms ! The whole dog and pony show is a fraud ! Go Figure ?

-- Joel Rosen (JoelnBecky@webtv.net), April 04, 2002.

That's interesting--many of the nurses I knew (as in they were RNs and had to take a full Latin course back in the days before machines took over a lot of care) were the LAST people to either go themselves to a doctor OR take their kids (except for the occasional mandatory sports exams/ vaccines). And they would never give their kids medicine if there were no symptoms of anything.

How sad. I know that asthma is often stress related--sounds like there is a bad home life for that poor little girl. She is very lucky you're there for her.
