Ok...i'll try....

IF Leeds get beat and Chelsea don't win. A champions league spot will be ALMOST certain.

Thank you!

No probs.

Listening to Mackem game now. They're crapping all over Leicester courtesy of Claudio Reyna. Got to say their Metro commentator's much better than our's.

Big Dunc sent off for Everton. Pistone scores! Why couldn't he do that for us?

Cmon Ipswich...just score 1 goal! Just 1. 3 points for you, no points for Chelsea...very easy....

-- Anonymous, April 01, 2002

Spurs win 2-1.

-- Anonymous, April 01, 2002

I don't think we need worry about Leeds for much longer, shame (IMHO) on all of you who wanted Manure to beat them at the weekend :-(

;7)

Thus proving my point. ;-)

-- Anonymous, April 01, 2002

Ok, and I have a Leeds supporting friend, so want them to do....errr..ok...just not better than us. ;-)

-- Anonymous, April 01, 2002

Chelsea only draw at Ipswich. Happy with that. Now two points again with 2 games in hand.

-- Anonymous, April 01, 2002

Stupid Ispwich. Guess they aren't concerned with staying up.

or helping us out by keep Chelsea out of reach of our spot. hmph

-- Anonymous, April 01, 2002

I'm happy with them dropping 2 points Ciara. In all honesty I couldn't see anything but a Chelsea win. Shame about the missed penalty though.

-- Anonymous, April 01, 2002

Oh I'm happy about them dropping 2 points, but 3 would have been better for us...and Ipswich, who I would like to see stay up.

-- Anonymous, April 01, 2002

Great day for us. Leeds' two losses in a row cancels out our Arsenal- Liverpool sequence, so we're back where we were compared to them, i.e. way ahead. Chelsea have drawn too many games all season, like today, which is also a good sign. If we don't collapse, we should be in there for 4th or even 3rd. I would guess it would be Man Utd out of the 3 presently above us who might end up 4th. Have you seen they've let in more goals (44) than 3/4 of the premiership? On a par with the likes of Everton! Which means you get to see 4 goals in an average MU match.

That'll be us in 2-3 years' time Barry. Defense still pretty crap but consistently managing to score at least one more than the opposition.

I'd settle for that,
