Cuthbert, GA depot and railyard

greenspun.com : LUSENET : ACL and SAL Railroads Historical Society : One Thread

I am trying my best to recreate the depot and railyard for the station at Cuthbert, GA for a mural in my son's bedroom. The railyard was active in the '60's and I believe the depot was demolished sometime in the late '70's or early '80's. I am going from memory which can take me only so far in my picture re-creation. If there is a book, magazine, individual or any resource available which may have a picture or simply information on the history of the line in Cuthbert, I would appreciate your help. Thank you very much!

You might check Beckum and Langley's Seaboard Air Line book for a picture. I know there is at least one photo shot on the Richland- Bainbridge line in the book.
