So...I click on my bookmarked link to Unk's. Screen says the server can't be located. Ok, that's no big deal. The whole lusenet thingy seems to be unavailable at least once or twice a month.

None of the other bookmarked lusenet sites would come up either.

Two days of this.

Bright idea! Search for lusenet on Google, link from there. Links work just fine from there.

So what happened to my bookmarks for lusenet?? Have I caught a virus?? Should I tell all my social contacts?? Will it be in the paper??

Do you suppose upgrading to explorer 5.5 caused this problem?

No, Helen, I think it was just down again.

I've been trying for the past few myself with no luck. Netscape said, "document contains no data," Konqueror said "link to Greenspun is broken." I just clicked my Same Old Link a minute ago and whaddya know? It worked.

I think Phil is making some changes here.

Geeze, I was worried that the government shut it down because of my "exposing rightwing corruption" page. Made me feel guilty (and important) giggle. I had all there things to post which I had to put off because because Unks was down.
