Ok.... I need a fudge recipe that I can use goat's milk in. It has to be an OUTSTANDING recipe that will draw good comments. =) I know several people that make WONDERFUL fudge, but they won't share their recipe. I want to be able to sell some in my store. Any help would be appreciated. I would like a tried and true one, rather than an untried one. I know....PICKY, PICKY, PICKY!! =)

Oh Marci I would LOVE to share my unique recipies with folks, but I recently had Jackie's Fudge copyrighted so I am not able to. But..... I can offer this: here is the website I used to get fudge recipies, then I tweeked them to fit my needs. Good Luck. If you run into trouble I will try to help. Its easy to make and good.http://www.recipegoldmine.com/candyfudge/candyfudge.html

The recipe I just used for the first time, with great results, is the one in Jerry Belanger's book, Raising Dairy Goats.Simple and delicious.

I've quite successfully made the regular goat's milk fudge recipe but substituted cocoa & butter for for the chocolate. The result is somewhere this side of heaven. Superb. Everyone loves it.
