I have an 11 week old Tea-cup poodle he is a grreat puppy but he is not paper training and wants nothing to do with the litter box. I dont know how to get him to go on the paper. I try to get up at night (he sleeps in bed with us) and put him on the paper he just sits there then will walk off and pee of poop on the floor or wait and pee on the bed. please help Stacie
