Minny, just 'phoned him. He's checking, presumably with his girlfriend, and calling back. Mumbled something about throwing an open party for all BBS'rs at your place this weekend while you're in the States. Free booze, women, and don't worry about the mess he said, Dad'll clean it up when/if he gets back. Seems like a good lad, hearts in the right place, and a tad more generous with his hospitality than his Dad :-))
