Any specific breed of chicken (egg layers) that less noisy than others breeds?

Buff Orpingtons are the mildest chickens I have ever had and I've had quite a few different ones over the years. Even our rooster is gentle.

my Buffs can get quite loud, the RRI are the loudest,, banties are pretty soft spoken,as are the arcusas (?), those dont make much noise at all

Those roosters in my freezer are REAL quiet!

My barred rock hens seem to be the most quiet, calm birds. They are fast becoming my favorites.
