I see my staff has fumbled again, they gave me Underwood deviled ham as the oldest which was created in 1866, patened in 1870, but not registered until 1886 two years after the Samson rope company. This nation is no bigger than about two tennis courts as its total area. I made a mistake in an earlier post stating that no religous connections were there, researching it I just now found that there are ancient religous ties. The "nation" is reconized by the U.N., its based within Rome but there are "chapters" all over the world. This offical nation was founded by the Knights of the Crusades and is less than an acre in size. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
