would all i need to edit analog camcoder footage on a computer be a analog to dv converter, i have the computer with an i-link port, and it is video-editing ready, with softwae and everything. what's the cheapest converter i could find

look into dazzle fusion , for analog IN.costs approx $99 or better. i'm a novice and this has a high learning curve (for me). but it's "do-able" and it works. let me know what you finally wind up with. thanks cd
